Short bio
Clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, supervisor. Training therapist and supervisor for the PCA Institute Prague, PCA Ister Bratislava. Lecturer at the Institute for Healthcare Education. I work with clients in individual, group, couple and family therapy. I have over 20 years of experience working with adult (16+) clients, both in healthcare and in private practice. I live near Prague with my husband, three (almost) adult children, two cats and a dog.
Over the past year serving as Secretary of PCE Europe, it has been a genuinely rewarding journey to work hand in hand with my Board colleagues and our incredible community, all united in nurturing and growing our network across Europe

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor & Sociotherapist and a participant in long-term training in the Person-Centred Approach to Psychotherapy and Counselling since 2012. I am also a practitioner in neurodevelopmental approaches and an active member of the Institute for Psychotherapy and Sociotherapy Slovakia (IPS).

Short bio
I am a Person-Centred and Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapist, trainer, and founder & director of the Institute for Person-Centred & Experiential Approaches (I.P.E.A.C.), based in Cyprus. I am also a Certifying Coordinator of The International Focusing Institute (TIFI) in New York, actively contributing to the dissemination and training of Focusing at an international level.
My academic background includes studies in Social Work in Greece, a Master of Arts in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a Master of Arts in Counselling from University of East Anglia. During my time in India, I collaborated with social and educational organisations, participating in programmes supporting children and communities in partnership with non-governmental and international bodies, including initiatives connected to the United Nations.
I am trained in Person-Centred and Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy, as well as in Family and Systemic Therapy. Since 2016, I’ve been training mental health professionals in Focusing and the Person-Centred Approach in Greece and Cyprus. I also taught in academic and training institutions, including Mediterranean College, contributing to counselling and psychotherapy education.
