Fleur Farish-Edwards

I am a person-centred and creative arts counsellor, supervisor, and lecturer with over a decade of experience working with diverse clients and supervisees across a range of settings. I run a small private practice and co-facilitate therapeutic creative workshops with my wife, through Two Birds Therapy. For the past six years, I’ve taught on the undergraduate counselling and psychotherapy programmes at Edge Hill University, and previously at the University Centre at Blackburn College.

Alongside teaching, I supervise research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, work as a consultant for the BACP, and hold external examiner roles at two UK universities. My doctoral research at the University of Lancashire explores the lived experiences of adopted adults, reflecting my commitment to honouring and empowering marginalised voices. I’m also a board member and tutor with the Association for Person-centred Creative Arts (APCCA), where I play an integral role in supporting the growth of person-centred creative approaches in therapy, training, and research.

Natalia Krupcikova

I am an HR leader with extensive experience in professional services, currently working as an HR Manager at BDO Slovak Republic. Over the past years, I have held HR, HR Business Partner, and HR Lead roles in international consulting firms such as EY and Mazars, giving me a comprehensive view of the employee lifecycle, talent management, and people strategy in dynamic, client-facing environments. My work spans strategic HR partnering with leadership, driving HR projects, and supporting managers in building high-performing and engaged teams.

Alongside my corporate role, I draw on a strong analytical foundation from my studies in finance at Comenius University in Bratislava and the Technical University of Košice, which enables me to approach HR with a data-informed and business-focused mindset. I am particularly interested in connecting people development with organisational goals, ensuring that HR initiatives support both growth and sustainability. Fluent in English and experienced in cross-functional collaboration, I enjoy working with diverse teams and contributing to a culture where people can thrive and deliver their best work.

Barbora Hrdlickova

I am a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and supervisor with more than 20 years of experience working with adult clients (16+). My practice combines work in healthcare settings and private practice, where I support individuals, couples, families, and groups. Alongside my clinical work, I serve as a training therapist and supervisor for the PCA Institute in Prague and PCA Ister in Bratislava. I also lecture at the Centre for Mental Health Care Development and at the Institute for Healthcare Education in the Czech Republic, where I contribute to the training and professional growth of future therapists and healthcare professionals.

Based in Prague, I continue to balance therapeutic practice with teaching and supervision, guided by a person-centred approach and a commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and self-understanding.

In 2017, I expanded my education through the INPP® Training Course in the Theory, Diagnosis, and Treatment of Neuromotor Immaturity, which allows me to understand clients' difficulties in a broader context of body, mind, and environment.

Since 2014, I have been working in private practice in Czechia. You can also meet me as a Sociotherapist in a retirement home.

I have led multidisciplinary teams and contributed to the development of structured, safe, and growth-oriented environments.
My background combines academic and practical experience. During my studies, I was involved in research focusing on the role of emotions in decision-making.
